Hi, Nvidia Geforce GTX 680 will work out of the box in Mojave, I think GT 710 will also work OOB but i am not sure so i wouldn’t recommend GT 710, go for GTX 680.

This card (AMD Sapphire RX 580 Pulse 8GB) does not deliver 4K at 60Hz to Philips 40″ 4k displays in Mojave, and doesn’t work at all in Hi Sierra. Is there a driver I need to install?

    1. Hackintosh says

This card do support 4K, you need to plug output into Display port
